WebHad the same issue, thermal fuses are a common issue on Bosch Hand blenders. I used an ESKA 770.121 to fix the issue on mine. Just suck out the white plasticy thing that is located where the Live wire is connected to the PCB (see picture) It does need to be sucked (soldered) out. Its a regular through-hole component.
